Major air permit secured
The Indiana Department of Environmental Management issued the project a PSD/New Source Construction and Part 70 operating permit.
Regulatory challenges defended
The U.S. EPA denied a petition asking it to object to the Title V permit, and the Indiana administrative decision upholding the permit was later affirmed on judicial review. EPA record .
